Delivery & Returns




Our current postage and packing charges are as follows:

   •  £1.50 for Decopatch paper purchases only

   •  For all other goods the cost is £3.50 for Standard UK and Northern Ireland deliveries and will usually take 3 - 5 working days

   •  Free shipping to UK mainland addresses on orders over £35.00


We are happy to accept international orders. If you live outside the UK or would like to place an order for delivery outside of the UK, please email or call us for a price for postage & packaging to your required country as prices vary according to weight and world zone.


Please be aware that wherever possible we will recycle our boxes and packaging so some orders are sent out using recycled boxes. This we believe is kinder to the environment and helps to keep costs down for everyone.


Orange Blossom Home parcels are delivered by Royal Mail and for larger orders we use a selection of courier companies.


We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours subject to stock availability, but at busy times delivery may take slightly longer. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed on the following business day.


If your order has not been delivered, we reserve the right to ask you to wait 14 working days before we re-dispatch the order to you.  All items require a signature on receipt.  We reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the package was not collected or if a re-delivery was not arranged by you on receipt of a card from the Royal Mail or courier.  We cannot be held responsible for problems incurred by inaccurate delivery information being supplied.




If for any reason you are unhappy with your item(s), you must notify us of your intention to cancel within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You must return the item(s) to Orange Blossom Home within 14 days from the date that you notified us that you wished to cancel. All goods must be returned in the same excellent condition as sent out and must include all original packaging.  With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, please note that we are not responsible for return postage and the costs associated with this. You must let us know you are returning an item before you send the item back.  We would recommend you obtain a certificate of posting in case, for whatever reason the parcel fails to reach us.
